Repeat Prescriptions normally take two working days.  If you have run out of medication please discuss at reception and they will help to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

 

You can request your prescription to go to any of the following:

• Bakers Pharmacy
• Boots Pharmacy
• St Anne’s Pharmacy
• Wyborns
• Lloyds (Ringmer)

 

Please indicate this by putting name of chemist on your repeat prescription request.

 

If you have lost or mislaid your prescription slip you can do one of the following:

• Write down your name, address, telephone number and the medication and hand in at the front desk
• Fill in a Repeat Prescription Form from the main reception desk
• Email (schoolhill.surgery@nhs.net) please include your name, address, telephone number and the medication required.

 

You can also request a repeat prescription online or by faxing the surgery on 01273 486368.
