Our new telephone system has been operational since the 5th December 2012 and we have been experiencing some teething problems, hopefully these have been sorted out for us.  However, if you do experience a problem when you ring please let us know so we can investigate it. Thank you.

A new telephone system has been installed at the surgery that runs a queuing system.  During peak times patients will be informed where they are in the queuing system and have options to press to direct them to the correct staff member.  ** Please note the answering voice for the surgery is male **
