Appointments

How to make an appointment

For your convenience, one third are pre-bookable appointments that can be booked in advance; the remainder can be booked on the day.  These are available from 8.30 am each day.  If you feel you require a routine appointment longer than the normal 10 minutes, or you wish to discuss more than one problem, please tell the receptionist at time of booking.

We define emergency as a medical condition that is severe, possibly life threatening and which requires immediate assessment and treatment.  We define urgent problems as ones in which symptoms have developed or worsened over the previous few hours, or days, and which it is likely that treatment should be started as soon as possible.

You can help us by:

  • Being on time for your appointment.
  • Letting us know if you need to cancel.
